Who owns Fogerty Arena?                                                      

     Fogerty Arena is a non profit corporation owned and operated by a Board of Directors.

 

Who makes up Fogerty Arena's Board of Directors?             

      Fogerty Arena Board of Directors is made up with past and present members of the Blaine and Spring Lake Park hockey communities, City of Blaine and Anoka County. 

 

What is Fogerty Arena's ice time rate?                                 

     Fogerty Arena's 2011-12  prime ice time rate is $155.00 an hour plus tax and non prime rate is $135.00 an hour plus tax.

 

How do you find out if there is ice for sale? 

     You can access the "Ice For Sale" on the links at the top of this page.

 

Which hockey association will my child belong too?            

     The youth hockey association boundaries are determined by District 10 of Minnesota Hockey.  In District 10, the youth hockey association that a child will belong too, is determined by which High School they will attend in the future.

 

Is the dry land training center open to the public?

      During the winter hockey season the dry land training center is only open to Blaine and Spring Lake Park hockey communities. During the spring, summer and fall seasons, the dry land training center will be open to outside groups,  who rent ice from Fogerty Arena.

 

Are the conference rooms open to the public?

      Fogerty Arena's conference rooms are free to use. A group needs only to call well in advance with a date and time to schedule a conference room.

 

Who is John Bauer and why is the Dry-land Training Center named after him?                                                              

     John coached his very first In-House team in 1970. He has went on to coach a several teams at all levels for BYHA and SLPYHA over the years. John was a key member of both construction committees, first in 1982 building the North Suburban Civic Center (now Fogerty Arena) and again in 2001 with Fogerty Arena North. John is currently a member of the Fogerty Arena Board of Directors and has served on that volunteer board for the past 18 years. For over 30 years, John has voluntarily contributed his time to the hockey communities of Spring Lake Park and Blaine in every way possible.  From organizing fundraisers, to coaching, managing, building and administrating. The Committee responsible for the creation of the Dry Land Training Center is saying THANK YOU to John for all he has given to the Spring Lake Park and Blaine hockey communities, by adding his name to their fine work.
