Ice Time Purchase and Return Policy

Due to the high number of new individuals and organizations purchasing ice time at Fogerty Arena, and the recent increase in defaulted contracts and bad checks, it has become necessary to modify our policy for the purchase, cancellation and or return of purchased ice time from Fogerty Arena. This policy will allow us to continue to offer the lowest possible price on ice time for all our users.

AS OF JUNE 27, 2011, Our policy is...

Unless you have negotiated other arrangements with management, the purchase of ice time is only considered final when the ice rental agreement is signed and a deposit has been received. We cannot "hold" ice time. It is available on a "first come, first served basis." Payments may be made in cash, by check or with a Visa or Mater Card. For purchases of large blocks of ice or ongoing contracts accounts may be opened by contacting arena management.

When you purchase an hour of ice time from Fogerty Arena it is no longer on the market for others to purchase. If you choose not to use or cancel the ice time, we WILL NOT take it back, refund or credit you for it.  In most cases we probably could have sold it to other users several times over.  We will not be penalized for you or your organization choosing to not use the ice time that you have reserved. We will, with reasonable notice, attempt to resell the ice time for you, but if it does not resell you will be charged the full hourly rate.

When you sign an ice rental contract you become responsible for the cost of that ice. Failure to appear or cancellation shall result in forfeiture of any deposit or payments and Fogerty Arena also reserves the right to demand and receive full compensation for the unused reserved time.
