Curling Anyone?
On March 20, 2008 Fogerty Arena Management and the Fogerty Arena Board of Directors meet with City Council of Blaine during a Council workshop to discuss the possibility of adding a curling rink to the existing Fogerty Arena facility. The City Council was in favor of more detailed discussions about proceeding with the project. Arena staff has been researching all aspects of running a curling facility by visiting other clubs in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
