TRAINING CENTER
Fogerty Arena, Blaine Youth Hockey and Spring Lake Park Youth Hockey have built a hockey specific dry land training center. The 3000 square feet Training Center is set up into thirds. Each area is designed for specific hockey skills development . The first area is for weight training, the second is for stick handling and lower body training. The third area is for shooting and goalie training.
