Arena's 2008-09 prime ice time rate is $145.00
an hour plus tax and
non prime rate is $145.00 an hour
plus tax.
What is Fogerty
Arena's turf time
rate? Fogerty Arena's 2009 turf
rate is $85.00 an hour plus tax.
How do you find out if there
is open ice?
Fogerty Arena's open ice can
easily be found at our

What is the policy for
reserving ice/turf time at Fogerty Arena?
You will need to call Fogerty Arena. If your ice/turf time
is available, we will ask for your name, address, city,
state, a phone and fax number. To
finalize the booking we
will need a 10% deposit on the total
amount of ice/turf to
be purchased and a signature
on the contract.
Which hockey association will my
child belong too?
The youth hockey association
boundaries are determined
by District 10 of Minnesota Hockey. In District 10, the
youth hockey association that a child will belong too, is
determined by which High School they will attend in the

Where is Fogerty Arena
located?
Fogerty Arena is located at 9250 Lincoln Street NE in
Blaine, MN. If you need detailed directions please use the

Is the dry land training center open to the public?
During the winter hockey season the dry land training
center is only open to Blaine and Spring Lake Park hockey
communities. The dry land training center will be open to
outside groups, during the spring, summer and fall
seasons, who rent ice from Fogerty Arena for an
additional charge.
Are the conference rooms open to the
public?
Fogerty Arena's conference rooms are free to use. A group
needs only to call well in advance with a date and time to
schedule a conference room.
Is Fogerty Arena able
to accommodate Dry-Floor Events?
Fogerty
Arena is able to hold Dry-Floor Events. We do
need ample
time to schedule and plan a dry floor event,
please contact us for
more information.
Does Fogerty Arena
offer Public Skating?
Fogerty Arena does offer Public Skating. During the winter
(Sept.- May) it is Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from
1:00-2:30pm. On Wednesday
mornings from 9:30-11:00am
we have Senior Publice Skate
sponsored by Mary Ann Young
Senior Center. During the summer
months (June-Aug.) there
is a monthly shcedule put out
based on what ice time is not
rented. Please check our
schedule to see what
is going to be offered each month.
Does Fogerty Arena offer open
free-style skating?
Fogerty
Arena does not regularly schedule open free-style
skating. But we will try and schedule a session if we can
accommodate it, so please contact us for more
information.
Does Fogerty Arena
have open hockey?
Fogerty Arena does offer open
hockey for adults over the
age of 18 during the winter
(Sept.-March). We do limit
the sessions to 20 skaters and two goalies. We do require
all players wear a helmet.
Who is John Bauer and why
is the Dry-land Training Center
named after him?
John coached his very first In-House team in
1970. He
has went
on to coach a several
teams at all levels for
BYHA and SLPYHA over the years. John was a key
member
of both
construction committees, first in 1982 building the
North
Suburban Civic Center
(now Fogerty Arena) and
again in 2001 with Fogerty Arena North. John is currently
the
President of the Fogerty Arena Board of Directors and
has served on that volunteer board for the
past
18 years.
For over 30 years, John has voluntarily contributed his
time to the hockey
communities of Spring Lake Park and
Blaine in
every way possible. From organizing
fundraisers, to coaching, managing, building and
administrating. The Committee responsible for the
creation of the Dry-Land
Training Center
is saying THANK
YOU to John for all he has given to the Spring Lake Park
and
Blaine hockey
communities, by adding his name to
