Concession Staff
General Description
Under the supervision of Executive Director and the Director of Hockey Operations, the position of Concession Staff at Fogerty Arena is responsible for:

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
-
Proper cash handling including, greet and service guest at the registers, taking orders and accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards.

Replenish foods at serving stations
-
Prepare food such as popcorn, hotdogs, nachos, pretzels, hot drinks and cold beverages using standard formulas or following policies.

Prepare bills for food using POS system and accepting payment and to make change.

Clean counters and equipment as needed during shift.

Clean dishes, cooking equipment, fountain machines and hot beverages machines.

Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary

Stock and restock items as necessary.

Responsible for opening and closing of Concession Stand.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to make change and handle money accurately.

Ability to be courteous and provide excellent customer service.

Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and or with others.

Ability to maintain prompt and dependable work.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be at least 16 year of age or older.

Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
-
Previous experience working with the public.
Salary:
-
$13.00-$16.00 per hour depending upon qualifications
